£30,000 - £38,000 DOE

Experienced Remedial Plumber required for Legionella remedial works across South London. Permanent role offering a competitive salary, overtime, training, and long-term progression.
Role OverviewCarrying out plumbing remedial works following Legionella risk assessments across domestic and commercial properties.
Key Duties- Legionella remedial works
- Pipework modification/removal
- Cold water storage tank works
- TMV & non-return valve installation
- Dead-leg removal
- Compliance paperwork & reports
- Working to ACOP L8 & HSG

- NVQ Level 2 or 3 Plumbing
- Remedial plumbing experience
- Legionella/water hygiene knowledge
- Full UK driving licence
- £30k-£38k DOE
- Vehicle & tools (if applicable)
- Overtime available
- Training & progression
