SMART in London is seeking a Lead Engineer to supervise day-to-day operations for the day shift, delivering planned preventative maintenance and reactive works across building systems at London Bridge.
The role emphasizes maintaining humidity and temperature-controlled environments with strong HVAC and building services knowledge, including CAFM system usage. NVQ Level 2/3 Electrical Installations and 17th/18th Edition are preferred. On-site role with career progression opportunities.
