We are currently looking for a Lead Engineer
- Shift based in London.

As the Lead Engineer
- Shift, you will:
  • Complete day to day servicing of the Mechanical & Electrical Infrastructure and the ability to carry out breakdown maintenance on mechanical & electrical systems/equipment
  • Carry out Sub Contractor inductions and putting people to work.
  • Assist and cover for the Technical Services Manager when required and take control of any works requested by the through to completion.
  • Attend reactive calls with contractual SLA.
  • Complete PPMs and update eLogbook’s with correct and full details of the task.
  • Have a full understanding of all plant and systems.
  • Full communication to the CM including completion of event reports and daily reports.
We are looking for:
  • Communicates well (verbally and in writing) with colleagues and clients.
  • Engineer experience in a Building Services environment.
  • Maintenance experience on mechanical & electrical systems/equipment.
  • Leads by example with a professional approach.
