Joiner Greater Manchester 3 months temp with the possibility of perm £22 Umbrella/ CIS  van and fuel card Hamilton Woods Associates are currently working with a social housing provider to recruit for a Joiner to work on day to day repairs. There is scope for the role to become permanent. A van and fuel card is provided, with prohibited personal use.

Responsibilities of the Multi Skilled Joiner includes:
Completing reactive repairs work on tenanted social housing properties Fitting skirting boards and architraves Hanging doors Carrying out plumbing work Completing patch plastering Ensuring adherence to health and safety procedures Maintaining van stock Ensuring customer satisfaction Maintaining a clean and working environment within customers' homes Essential criteria of the Multi Skilled Joiner includes:
