Multi Trades Recruitment is looking for a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Operative / Engineer to begin work for a well-established company covering London and the surrounding areas (ideally based within the KT, SW or TW postcodes).
About the role:
Working Hours Monday to Friday (Full-time)
Pay Rate Up to £28ph
Brief Role Description We are looking for an experienced Multi-Skilled Maintenance Operative / Engineer to carry out planned and reactive maintenance across private residential, prime and super-prime properties. This is a varied role requiring a professional individual capable of working independently while delivering high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service.
Duties will include:
- Carrying out planned and reactive property maintenance (PPM)
- General plumbing repairs including taps, toilets, leaks, blockages and silicone replacement
- Minor carpentry including doors, locks, shelving, ironmongery and repairs
- Painting, decorating, patch plastering and making good
- Basic electrical maintenance including replacing light fittings, switches and sockets where...
