Location: Greater London
L&Q are recruiting a Maintenance Technician UPVC Carpenter to join our Repairs Team. The role covers internal and external window repairs, door and lock refits, and associated carpentry tasks across North East London.
You will operate from your home base with an L&Q van and travel to resident homes, with ad hoc office attendance as required. The ideal candidate has sound trade knowledge with a maintenance or housing background, a strong customer service approach, and a right-first-time mindset.
