CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting for a Lead Air Conditioning Engineer to join a well-established and growing HVAC/FM service provider based in Woolwich.

This is an excellent opportunity for either an experienced Lead Engineer or a Senior Air Conditioning Engineer looking to take the next step in their career. Working as part of a close-knit engineering team, you will provide technical support and day-to-day guidance to a team of 9 Air Conditioning Engineers, while remaining 100% hands-on carrying out service, maintenance, fault finding and installation works across commercial, retail and high-end residential properties throughout London and the M25.

Alongside your engineering duties, you will assist with coordinating engineers, supporting project installations and acting as the first point of contact for technical queries on site.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on a wide range of HVAC equipment.
• Service, maintain, fault find and repair Split Systems, VRV/VRF, AHUs, FCUs, Chillers and associated air conditioning plant.
