We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a reputable dealership group in Battersea, who is seeking a highly skilled Master Technician. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced professionals to join a well-established team committed to technical excellence and customer satisfaction.

Duties of the Master Technician:
- - Conduct vehicle health checks using advanced diagnostic equipment in line with manufacturer guidelines
- - Perform routine servicing, repairs, and preventative maintenance on various vehicle makes and models
- - Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults accurately and efficiently
- - Complete all repair and service documentation promptly and correctly
- - Road test vehicles to ensure faults are resolved and repairs adhere to quality standards
- - Assist with warranty work and additional repairs as required
- - Support the team in achieving high levels of customer satisfaction and workshop productivity
Requirements of the Master Technician:
- - NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent qualification
- - Proven experience as a Master Technician or similar role within a busy workshop environment
- - Valid UK driving licence
- - Accreditation as a Master Technician or equivalent is desirable
- - Ability to work independently and as part of a team, maintaining high standards of quality and safety
- - Experience with diagnostic tools, MOTs, and hybrid/electric vehicle repairs is advantageous but not essential
