A leading FM Service Provider in Central London is seeking a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer for a commercial building. The role is on-site in City of London, temp ongoing with immediate start.
Duties include mechanical maintenance, cooling towers, fabric tasks and HVAC support. The ideal candidate will be mechanically biased with NVQ/City & Guilds qualifications and experience in cooling towers, with client-facing responsibilities and a proven track record in commercial building maintenance.
