Liverpool Street, London (High-End Commercial Office Space) Salary: £48,000 per annum On-Call Rota: 1 in 3 Overtime:
Plenty of OT available (we are specifically looking for someone keen and willing to pick up regular overtime) Site Scope:
Landlord-only contract across 6 floors Duties:

• PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) and reactive issues on site

Power distribution, lighting, emergency lighting, and control systems.

• HVAC systems, AHUs, pumps, and motors
• Flushing
• Fault-finding, diagnosis, and repairs
• Dealing with contractors

• NVQ Level 3 electrical installations or equivalent
