Foot Mobile Maintenance Engineer – Client Direct – Commercial Office Portfolio – Central London – Up to £50,000 + Package
CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting for a Foot Mobile Maintenance Engineer to join one of London's fastest-growing client-direct property companies. Due to continued expansion, opportunities are available for Electrical, Mechanical, and Fabric Engineers to work across a prestigious portfolio of commercial office buildings throughout Zones 1 & 2.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced engineer looking for a varied, client-facing role with genuine opportunities for career progression. Working across multiple high-end commercial buildings, you'll carry out planned and reactive maintenance, support tenant projects, and play a key role in maintaining first-class facilities. Hoursof Work:
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime Available
- Occasional Call-Outs (where applicable)
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Carrying out planned preventative and reactive maintenance across a portfolio of commercial office buildings.
- Completing electrical, mechanical, or fabric maintenance depending on your trade background.
- Supporting tenant fit-outs, quoted works, and small project works.
- Maintaining HVAC systems, including AHUs and FCUs.
- Carrying out statutory compliance tasks, including emergency lighting, fire alarm testing, and water treatment checks.
- Completing maintenance reports, logbooks, and compliance documentation.
- Liaising with and supervising specialist subcontractors.
- Providing a professional, client-facing service while building strong relationships with tenants and site management.
- Supporting the wider engineering team across multiple Central London sites.
- Salary £37,000 – £50,000 (depending on experience, qualifications, and discipline)

- Proven experience within commercial building maintenance
- Good understanding of statutory compliance and health & safety legislation
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and customer-facing skills
- Comfortable working across multiple sites throughout Central London
- Reliable, professional, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
