HVAC Engineer – London / M25

£35,000 – £70,000 DOE | Monday – Friday | Company Van | Door-to-Door Callouts

Are you an experienced HVAC Engineer looking for a role where your experience is genuinely valued and you can earn what you're worth?

We're working with an established facilities management business that has 800+ commercial sites across London and the M25, and they're expanding their engineering team.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced HVAC Engineer who enjoys a mixture of reactive maintenance, planned maintenance, fault finding, servicing and installation work across a varied commercial estate.

The Role

You'll be responsible for keeping a range of commercial sites operating safely and efficiently, attending planned and reactive works across:

* Commercial office developments

* NHS hospitals

* Care homes

* Large residential developments

* Other commercial facilities

Your day will include fault finding, breakdowns, servicing, maintenance, repairs, replacements and installation work.

You'll be given your jobs digitally through the company's own systems, meaning once you're trained, you can largely get on with your day without constantly having to return to the office.

What's On Offer?

 * £35,000 – £70,000 salary, depending on experience

* Monday – Friday, 08:30 – 17:30

* Overtime available

* Weekend overtime paid at 1.5x

* 1 in 3 callout rota

What We're Looking For

We're interested in speaking with HVAC Engineers who have:

* Commercial HVAC experience

* Strong fault-finding ability

* Experience with reactive and planned maintenance

* Servicing and repair experience

* Relevant HVAC qualifications

* F-Gas certification

* Good customer-facing skills

* A full UK driving licence

Most importantly, we're looking for engineers who know their trade and can work independently.
