An exciting opportunity to join an established FM building services company based in the City. CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting for two foot mobile engineers to be based in commercial buildings in Central London on a temp ongoing basis.
He or she will be required to carry out planned and reactive building maintenance covering multiple buildings. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have proven track record in building maintenance.
- Monday to Friday - 8am - 5pm
- Foot Mobile, covering 3-4 buildings Commercial and Residential
- Based around zones 1 & 2 ( travel card provided )
- Temporary ongoing
- £26p/h
- Air Conditioning
- Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning) - Dealing with all aspects of maintenance & cooling towers & signing off work complete for an audit
- Chillers
- Reset - Water Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing)
- Plumbing
- Unblocking toilets - Pumps, motors
- Water Treatment
- BMS System
- Monitor (i.e. Hot & Colds) - UPS Systems
- Monitor / Take readings - Emergency lighting
- Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
- Mechanically / Plumbing qualified
- City & Guilds Level 2&3 etc - A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
- Good communication skills
- Client Facing
- Immediately available or able to start at short notice
