Maintenance Operative / Person / Handyman

London | Full Time | Monday – Friday | £35,000 – £38,000 per year + Company Van and Fuel Card

Our client is a well-established and growing residential property management company operating across London. They are looking for a reliable, practical and experienced Maintenance Person / Handyman to join their in-house maintenance team.

This is a permanent employed position suited to someone with approximately 2+ years' experience in residential property maintenance who is confident working independently, managing their daily jobs and providing a professional service to tenants.

The successful candidate will have:

• Minimum 2 years' experience in residential property maintenance or a similar handyman / multi-trade role.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Good general property maintenance and repair skills.
• Basic plumbing knowledge and ability to carry out minor plumbing repairs.
• Basic electrical knowledge for minor maintenance tasks.
• Painting and decorating experience.
• Basic carpentry skills.
• Ability to identify and troubleshoot common domestic appliance faults.
• Experience changing locks, handles, fittings and carrying out small installations.
