HVAC Engineer (heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning Engineer

We're recruiting for an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer on behalf of a well-established facilities management and building services contractor operating across London and the South East. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' hands-on experience working with Air Conditioning or HVAC systems and hold a City & Guilds Category 1 F-Gas qualification.

Our client delivers planned preventative maintenance, reactive repairs, installations, and project works across a diverse portfolio of commercial and public sector environments. With the majority of work located throughout London and around the M25, applications are welcomed from candidates based within the M25 and surrounding area

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 08:30 to 17:00

Salary: £40k to £45k DOE

Package: Fuel Card / Company Van / Overtime

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on a variety of commercial air conditioning and HVAC systems.
• Diagnose and repair faults on split systems, multi-split units, VRF/VRV systems, ventilation equipment, and associated plant.
• Attend reactive maintenance call-outs and emergency breakdowns, ensuring minimal disruption to client operations.
