Pond Maintenance, Landscaping & Waste Clearance Operative

As our team works at private residential properties, commercial premises and client sites, successful applicants will be expected to maintain a high standard of professionalism, discretion and respect for our clients and their property.

The successful candidate will be required to:

• Complete the appropriate DBS check.
• Sign a confidentiality / non-disclosure agreement (NDA) before commencing work.
• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding our clients, their properties and any information encountered while working on site.
• Follow company health and safety procedures and site-specific requirements.
• Act professionally and respectfully when representing the company.

• Company work uniform provided.
• Necessary PPE and safety equipment for the work undertaken.
• On-the-job training, including pond maintenance, landscaping, fish care, water testing, pumps and filtration systems.
• Opportunity to gain experience across both our pond/landscaping and waste-clearance operations.
• Opportunity to take on greater responsibility as skills and experience develop.
