We're recruiting an experienced Repairs Supervisor to join an established housing contractor, managing a team of operatives across ongoing repairs and maintenance contracts.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Supervising repairs and maintenance operatives
Monitoring productivity, quality and contract KPIs
Managing subcontractors and suppliers
Ensuring works are completed on time and to a high standard
Liaising with customers and resolving issues
Completing reports, timesheets and relevant paperwork
Attending site inspections when required
Ensuring sites are safe and compliant

What We're Looking For:

Experience with in repairs, maintenance or construction
Previous supervisory experience, ideally within social housing
Knowledge of SOR codes
Understanding of contract KPIs
Good IT and administration skills
Strong communication and customer service skills
Full UK Driving Licence
