• Beat the Daily Gridlock: Choose an early or late shift pattern specifically engineered to avoid rush hour congestion on local routes and the Dartford Crossing.
• Maximized Earning Potential: High guaranteed base pay supplemented by easily accessible overtime paid at premium rates of up to £34.50/hr.
• Cutting-Edge Fleet Support: Command modern, well-maintained diagnostic equipment working on high-spec, modern commercial fleets rather than retail jobs.

• Executing minor and major mechanical overhauls across a diverse lineup of modern LCVs (Sprinters, Transits, etc.) and commercial vehicles.
• Running deep-level electrical and mechanical diagnostic testing using up-to-date diagnostic software.
• Conducting structured preventative maintenance inspections (PMIs) and preparing vehicles to achieve 100% MOT pass rates.
• Upholding a clean Right First Time standard on all work entering your bay.
• Maintaining clean bay standards, accurate work documentation, and strict workshop health & safety protocols.

• NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds in Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent proven time-served experience).
• Proven background in LCV, Van, or Heavy Commercial Vehicle servicing and repair.
• A strong, self-motivated technician eager to maximize take-home pay through optional overtime.
• Must hold a full UK driving licence
