Freelance Bench Joiner

Echo House is a market leader in creative production, delivering exceptional design, fabrication, and experiential brand activations for high-end international clients. We’re looking for skilled Freelance Bench Joiners to support our busy fabrication team on a project basis.

We’re seeking a talented and detail driven Bench Joiner to crafthigh-quality bespoke builds, including retail window displays, pop-ups, and brand activations. You’ll work collaboratively with our Technical Design and Fabrication teams, bringing concepts to life with precision and craftsmanship.

• Building bespoke displays, set pieces, and retail installations
• Interpreting and working from technical drawings
• Working with a wide range of materials (timber, MDF, laminates, acrylic, metals)
• Collaborating closely with designers and fabricators to ensure quality execution

• NVQ Level 3 in Carpentry/Joinery (or equivalent experience)
• Strong bench joinery and cabinet-making skills
• Excellent knowledge of tools and workshop machinery
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High attention to detail and craftsmanship standards
• Experience with in creative production / retail / exhibitions (desirable)
• Flexible and reliable, with a positive, proactive attitude
