CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting for two foot mobile engineers to be based in commercial buildings in Central London on a temp ongoing basis.

He or she will be required to carry out planned and reactive building maintenance covering multiple buildings. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have proven track record in building maintenance. Hours of work / Information Monday to Friday - 8am - 5pm Foot Mobile, covering 3-4 buildings Commercial and Residential Based around zones 1 & 2 ( travel card provided ) Temporary ongoing £26p/h Key duties & Responsibilities Air Conditioning
- Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning) Dealing with all aspects of maintenance & cooling towers & signing off work complete for an audit Chillers
- Reset Water Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing) Plumbing
- Unblocking toilets Pumps, motors Water Treatment BMS System
- Monitor (i.e. Hot & Colds) UPS Systems
- Monitor / Take readings Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, Changing ballast, Control panel, Power distribution) Emergency lighting Requirements Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates Mechanically / Plumbing qualified
- City & Guilds Level 2&3 etc A proven track record in commercial building maintenance Good communication skills Client Facing Immediately available or able to start at short notice For more information or to Apply for the role  to
