Tradeline Recruitment is seeking an experienced Working Supervisor to join a high-end painting and decorating business. This hands-on role combines leading a small team of up to five decorators with staying on the tools to deliver exceptional workmanship on luxury residential and commercial projects.
You will supervise, plan daily tasks, coordinate with clients and suppliers on busy sites, and maintain high standards of professionalism, safety, and craftsmanship on occupied homes.
