  • Allocate daily tasks and provide guidance and support to team members.
  • Ensure work is completed to a high standard, on time and within budget.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, colleagues and suppliers on site.
  • Communicate professionally and confidently with clients, including within occupied homes.
  • Coordinate schedules and support the smooth running of projects.
  • Identify and resolve issues proactively on site.
  • Maintain a clean, safe and respectful working environment.

  • Experience working within high‑end residential and/or commercial environments.
  • Excellent attention to detail and pride in the quality of your work.
  • Professional, personable and calm manner.
  • Strong communication and client‑facing skills.
  • Organised, proactive and able to work independently.
  • Confident working across construction sites and occupied residential properties.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to take initiative.
  • Committed to quality, craftsmanship and sustainable working practices.
  • Valid CSCS card and SMSTS qualification.
  • Willingness to undergo a DBS check.

  • Competitive salary based on experience.
  • Permanent position with a growing specialist business.
  • High‑end residential and commercial projects.
  • Career development and progression opportunities.
  • Supportive and friendly working environment.
  • Opportunity to lead a small team while remaining hands‑on.
