You will work within some of London’s most prestigious residential properties, carrying out servicing, breakdowns, fault finding and small works across a range of air conditioning and HVAC systems.
The Role
* Planned and reactive maintenance of AC/HVAC systems.
* Attending breakdowns, diagnosing faults and completing repairs.
* Carrying out small works, alterations and remedial projects.
* Working professionally within high-end residential properties.
* Completing service reports and relevant documentation.
* Providing excellent customer service at all times.
About You
* Experienced Air Conditioning/HVAC Engineer.
* Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
* Experience in service, maintenance and breakdowns.
* F-Gas qualified.
* Relevant HVAC/AC qualifications.
* Full UK driving licence.
* Professional, customer-focused approach.
* High-end residential experience would be advantageous.
Package
* £50,000 – £60,000 basic salary, depending on experience.
