  Permanent Fire Suppression / Water Mist Pipefitter

  Up to £55,000 basic (depending on experience)

  Company van, fuel card, private pension and enhanced overtime rates

• Install, assemble, and test commercial and industrial water mist and fire suppression pipe networks.
• Work with specialized piping materials, including stainless steel schedule 40 and high-pressure screwed/pressed fittings.
• Interpret complex isometric and mechanical installation drawings on-site.
• Complete 1st and 2nd fix pipe installations within commercial buildings, data centres, or plant rooms.
• Conduct pressure testing and assist with system commissioning handovers.
• Ensure all work complies with relevant fire suppression and health & safety standards.

• Proven track record in commercial or industrial pipe fitting.
• Demonstrable hands-on experience installing water mistor heavy fire sprinkler/suppression systems.
• NVQ Level 3 in Mechanical Engineering, Plumbing, or equivalent trade background.
• Valid CSCS card or Blue/Gold JIB-PMES registration.
• Ability to read and work from detailed technical schematics.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
