We're recruiting for an experienced Multi-Skilled Engineer to cover commercial properties across London.

The role will involve a mixture of plumbing, electrical and general building/fabric maintenance, so we're looking for someone with solid experience in at least two of these areas.

What you'll be doing

Attending commercial maintenance and reactive call-outs across London
Diagnosing and repairing plumbing faults
Completing electrical maintenance within your qualifications
Carrying out general fabric works, including minor carpentry and building repairs
Servicing HIUs and associated controls, with training available
Completing job reports and keeping the office updated on works
Working directly with customers and site teams
Escalating specialist or out-of-scope works where required

What we're looking for

Strong experience in at least two of the following:
Plumbing, Electrical or Fabric/Handyman
Relevant qualification in at least one core trade, such as NVQ, City & Guilds or equivalent, or 10+ years' practical experience
18th Edition required where electrical is a core trade
Full UK driving licence
Good communication and reporting skills
Comfortable working on commercial sites and travelling across London
