Location: SE, E & NE London
Salary: £47,000 per annum
Job Type: Permanent
Daniel Owen are currently seeking an experienced Lead Electrical Technician to join a Direct Services team within Social Housing.
You will manage and support a team of Electrical Technicians, overseeing electrical repairs, maintenance, testing and compliance
. You will be responsible for managing workloads, ensuring NICEIC standards are met, carrying out quality checks and delivering a high-quality, first-time-fix service.
- 2+ years as an NICEIC Qualified Supervisor
. - Level 3 Electrical Installation + AM2 or equivalent.
- 2391/2395 Inspection & Testing
. - 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
. - 5+ years' electrical installation/maintenance experience.
- Previous supervisory/team management experience.
- Strong knowledge of NICEIC, compliance and Health & Safety.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Willingness to join an emergency call-out rota.
- Basic DBS required.
- £47,000 salary
- Permanent position
