Foot Mobile Engineer

Foot Mobile Engineer Central London up to £48,000  Zone 1 & 2 Travel Card Joselyn Search are currently recruiting for a Foot Mobile Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive maintenance covering Multiple buildings across Central London. The successful candidate will be required to carry out all aspects of multi-skilled maintenance within this mixed portfolio consisting of commercial offices and High-end residential buildings.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have proven track record in commercial building services. This position would be ideal for an Engineer currently in a similar position who is keen on progression and happy to cover multiple sites . In return the company are offering a competitive salary in the region of up to £48,000  Zone 1 & 2 Travel Card.

Key duties & Responsibilities General Lighting Emergency light testing Fire alarm testing and sprinkler testing Changing Ballasts Monitor mechanical plant Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning) Plumbing Monitor the BMS systems Maintain and update Log books Oversee all aspects of M&E/Fabric maintenance Issuing permits to work and carrying out site inductions for contractors Hours of Work Monday to Friday- 8am 5pm 25 Days Holiday Matched Pension Contribution Birthday off work as Holiday Life Assurance Three fully paid volunteering days Holiday-Buy Scheme Requirements Electrical or Mechanical Qualifications Level 2 & 3 NVQ or City & Guilds Equivalent 18 th Edition
