HGV Trailer Technician | Swindon (SN2)
£50,000 - £60,000 per year

An excellent opportunity has become available for an experienced HGV Trailer Technician to join a busy and well-established commercial vehicle operation in Swindon (SN2).
This is a great opportunity for a skilled trailer technician looking for strong earning potential, varied shift options, and long-term stability within a professional workshop environment.

- Inspect, service and repair HGV trailers
- Carry out preventative maintenance and safety inspections
- Diagnose and repair mechanical faults
- Work on braking, suspension, air systems and trailer components
- Carry out electrical fault-finding and repairs
- Complete repairs efficiently and to a high standard
- Ensure all work complies with relevant safety and maintenance standards
- Previous HGV trailer experience is essential
- Strong experience servicing and repairing commercial vehicle trailers
- Confident diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults
- Good knowledge of trailer braking, suspension and air systems
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, professional and safety-conscious
- Relevant qualifications are advantageous
