We are looking for an experienced Painter & Decorator to join our team, working on social housing properties in and around Lambeth
.
You will be carrying out painting and decorating works on social housing properties, ensuring homes are maintained to a high standard and completed professionally.
Duties may include:Internal and external painting
Preparing walls, ceilings, doors and woodwork
Filling, sanding and making good surfaces
Emulsioning and glossing
Wallpapering where required
Minor making-good and preparation works
Previous experience as a Painter & Decorator
Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
Good knowledge of painting and decorating techniques
Experience working on social housing or maintenance contracts is desirable
Full UK driving licence required
£20.20 per hour (CIS)
Company van provided

Regular work in and around Lambeth
