We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our team on a major mixed development project. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands‑on Electrical Supervisor to take responsibility for coordinating electrical works across residential, commercial, and communal areas.
Electrical SupervisorKey Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate electrical installation works on site.
- Manage electrical subcontractors and site operatives.
- Ensure works are delivered safely, on schedule, and to the required quality standards.
- Review drawings, specifications, and electrical programmes.
- Coordinate with the project management, engineering, and construction teams.
- Carry out inspections and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Monitor progress and resolve site-based technical issues.
- Maintain accurate site records and support testing and commissioning activities.

- SSSTS
- Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor on large construction or mixed development projects.
- Strong knowledge of commercial and residential electrical installations.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications.
- Good understanding of health & safety requirements and electrical regulations.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
