About The Role:
Key Responsibilities- Carry out electrical reactive maintenance on commercial / industrial properties.
- Carry out fault finding and fault rectification.
- Completing certification / documents in a timely manner.
- Job reporting via company mobile App.
- Time-served Electrician
- Experience in reactive maintenance works on commercial properties (essential)
- PASMA (Preferred but not essential)
- IPAF (Preferred but not essential)
- Experience using Microsoft Office
- Full UK Driving License is desirable
- A craft qualification such as a recognised electrical apprenticeship such as or equivalent to City & Guilds 2350 NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation Engineering + AM2
- The current wiring regulations qualification such as or equal to City & Guilds 2381-18 Level 3 Award (18thEdition)
- Valid and in date Grade card/CSCS Card or equivalent qualification.
- An Inspection & Testing qualification such as or equal to City & Guilds 2391-52 Level 3 Award in Initial and Periodic Inspection and Testing of Electrical Installations
