Pest & Bird Control Technician Salary from £27,500 per annum + benefits | Full-Time | Company Van South West London & Surrounding Areas

Looking for a practical, outdoor role with real career progression? We're looking for a motivated and hands‑on Pest & Bird Control Technician to join our growing team. Whether you're starting your career, looking for a change, or simply want a role where you're out and about rather than behind a desk, this could be the opportunity for you. No previous pest control experience is required.

We'll provide full training, ongoing mentoring and support you in achieving your RSPH Level 2 Award in Pest Management, giving you a recognised industry qualification and a clear pathway to becoming a fully qualified technician. If you're practical, enjoy problem-solving, like working outdoors and take pride in providing great customer service, we'd love to hear from you.

• Deliver professional pest and bird control services across a variety of customer sites.
• Carry out inspections and identify signs of pest activity.
• Assist with treatment plans and bird deterrent installations.
• Monitor sites and accurately record and report your findings.
• Provide a friendly and professional service to customers.
• Develop the skills and confidence to work independently across your region.
• Attend regular team meetings, training sessions and development days.

No two days will be the same. You’ll work across a mixture of residential, commercial and industrial sites, gaining valuable experience across different environments and pest control challenges.
