As a Field Service Engineer at Viessmann, you are responsible for completing warranty and chargeable repairs/breakdowns plus service activities.

You will start and finish your working day from your home location while travelling to customer sites across your assigned geographical area. You will have a high level of autonomy, using your technical expertise to diagnose issues, resolve problems, and ensure exceptional customer service is delivered at every opportunity.
** What will the key responsibilities be?
*** Completing warranty, chargeable repairs/breakdowns and service visits in the postcode areas SL, GU, KT, TW, CR.
* Diagnose technical issues and coordinate effective solutions to ensure timely resolution
* Coordinate problem resolution, customer service and other personnel to expedite repairs
* Maintain records of performance reports
* Delivering best in class customer service on-site in residential properties
** Requirements
* ** ACS qualified gas engineer (CCN1 and CENWAT mandatory)
* Demonstrable technical experience gained within the HVAC, heating, or related industry
* Have a high attention to detail
* Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
* Have a confident and adaptable work style
* Have excellent communication skills
* Ability to work closely with and develop relationships with clients
* Valid UK driving licence
* Desirable - Heat Pump experience & F-Gas certification
