Top notch customer service & support, as you will be the frontline of Caffeine serving our valued customers on their premises.Specific tasks include:
- Installing and commissioning commercial coffee machines.
- Servicing, repairing and maintaining commercial coffee machines.
- Carrying out boiler inspections.
- Diagnosing faults and identifying ways to prevent future breakdowns.
- Ordering and fitting replacement parts, including processing warranty parts promptly.
- Working closely with our Service & Technical Manager to help support the continued growth of the department.
- Experience as a field-based commercial coffee or vending engineer.
- Experience working on a wide range of commercial machines is preferred.
- A genuine passion for coffee and commercial coffee equipment
- Full UK driving licence.
- PSSR training is desirable.
