Mobile Multi-skilled Mechanical and Plumbing Bias

We're looking for a Multiskilled Engineer – Plumbing & Mechanical Bias to support two diverse client sites, delivering high-quality planned and reactive maintenance in environments ranging from luxury office space to busy warehouse operations.

You'll play a key role in ensuring critical building services remain safe, compliant and operational while providing excellent customer service to colleagues, clients and stakeholders.

• Deliver planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs across plumbing, mechanical and building systems.
• Carry out water hygiene activities, including temperature monitoring, TMV servicing, water tank inspections and flushing regimes.
• Maintain and repair plant and equipment such as pumps, pressure vessels, calorifiers and closed-loop systems.
• Support small works projects, contractor management and compliance activities across both sites.
• Ensure all work is completed safely, accurately recorded and compliant with company procedures and statutory requirements.
• Call out rota 1 in 4
• Carry out additional tasks as requested

• NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing, Mechanical Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
• Proven commercial plumbing and mechanical maintenance experience.
• Experience working with water systems, L8 water hygiene regimes, pumps, pressure vessels and TMV servicing.

• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage workload across multiple sites.
• Confidence using CAFM/PDA systems and maintaining accurate records.
• A proactive approach to health, safety and compliance.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
