The role covers occupied and void properties with emphasis on kitchen and bathroom refurbishments, plastering, carpentry, plumbing and vinyl flooring.
The contractor offers CIS-rate pay from £180–£200 per day, van and fuel card, ongoing long-term work, and a temp-to-perm path with six-monthly reviews.
