To 45k, + overtime and call out rates
London | Permanent | 40 Hours | Monday-Friday
We are looking for an experienced Mobile Maintenance Engineer
- Plumbing to join our clients busy maintenance team, working across a range of commercial and high-profile sites throughout London.

You will be responsible for:
- Planned preventative and reactive maintenance.
- Fault-finding and repairs to commercial plumbing systems.
- Domestic hot and cold water systems, booster sets, pumps, pressurisation units and TMVs.
- Water hygiene, temperature monitoring and Legionella-related duties.
- Minor plumbing installations and remedial works.
- Completing digital job sheets, reports and records.
- Working closely with clients, colleagues and subcontractors.
- Participating in an emergency call-out rota.
You will need:
- City & Guilds or equivalent Plumbing qualification - essential.
- Full UK manual driving licence.
- Minimum 3 years' commercial building services maintenance experience.
- Strong commercial plumbing and fault-finding skills.
- Experience with pumps, booster sets and hot water systems.
- Knowledge of water hygiene and Legionella requirements.
- Good understanding of RAMS, Permit to Work and Health & Safety.
- Excellent customer-facing and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage your workload effectively.
TMV, L8, IPAF, PASMA or additional mechanical/electrical qualifications would be advantageous.
