Installations Engineer– Coffee Machines & Water Dispensers
Central London & Surrounds | £35,000 + benefits including company van | Permanent
We're recruiting a hands-on Installations Engineer to join an established coffee services business supplying premium coffee and drinks equipment to workplaces across the UK. The role has a strong focus on installing commercial coffee machines and water dispensers at customer sites, alongside ongoing servicing and repairs.
You'll travel between customer sites across Central London and the surrounding areas, installing, servicing and repairing commercial coffee machines, water dispensers and associated equipment. You'll play an important part in getting equipment safely connected, set up and ready for customers to use.
What you'll be doing:
 
* Installing and setting up commercial coffee machines and water dispensers, including the associated plumbing and electrical connections.
 
* Servicing equipment, diagnosing faults and carrying out repairs, finding practical solutions.
 
* Providing friendly, professional customer service.
 
* Managing your daily appointments and service records.
 
* Working independently while supporting the wider technical team.

What we're looking for:

* A practical, hands-on approach and a natural ability to solve problems.
 
* Good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
 
* Reliability, organisation and confidence working independently.
 
* Experience in field service, electrical work, plumbing, vending, catering equipment, white goods or similar would be advantageous. Practical plumbing and electrical skills are particularly relevant, as installation work is a key part of the role.
No coffee machine experience? No problem! If you're comfortable working with plumbing and electrical connections and have a practical, hands-on approach, full training on the coffee machines and water dispensers will be provided, along with ongoing development.
