Despite our continued growth, we're proud to have maintained our family-run values. We genuinely care about our engineers, recognise hard work and believe in rewarding the people who help make our business successful.

We're now looking for experienced, fully qualified electricians to join our expanding team, with a particular focus on Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs), fault finding and remedial works across residential properties.

Maintaining excellent workmanship, professionalism and customer service.

We're particularly interested in electricians who are confident carrying out EICRs independently, understand electrical coding and can efficiently diagnose and rectify faults. We Keep Our Engineers Close to Home:
One thing that makes Shea Works different is how we plan our engineers' working days. We understand that nobody wants to spend their entire day travelling across London unnecessarily. Our scheduling team makes every effort to allocate work as close to each engineer's home as possible, ideally grouping appointments within the same postcode areas each day. With contracts and clients spread across London, Essex and Hertfordshire, we're able to plan work geographically wherever possible, helping to reduce unnecessary travel and create a more manageable working day.
