Multi skilled Foot Mobile Electrical Engineer
Based Foot Mobile (Central London)
The Company:Due to significant growth, my client is looking for an experienced and dedicated foot Mobile Building Services Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will support our Contract Management Teams in providing top-tier service to our clients. Majority of the work will be based in London Zones 1 & 2.
Job PurposeWorking on a foot mobile basis, mainly between zones 1 & 2 carrying out the following works responsibilities.
Key ResponsibilitiesPPM's and Reactive maintenance across M&E Services - Emergency lighting, Fire alarms, FCU's, AHU's, HVAC plant, Water treatment, boilers, chillers.
Use tablet technology to log and close PPM and reactive calls, maintaining up-to-date asset registers and test sheets.
Complete detailed work sheets on tablet for additional works as identified.
Follow maintenance schedules, safe working practices, and method statements, ensuring all paperwork is accurately completed and submitted on time.
Adhere to procurement practices as directed by the company.
Qualifications:Electrical level 3 – 18th edition wiring and regulations
PASMA/IPAF – Desirable.
PACKAGE:- 43 - 48k basic salary
- Hours of Work 08.00 – 17.00
- 20 days holiday per year + 8 bank holidays – rises a day each year in business to maximum of 25.
