Controller, Accounting, Financial Controller

We're partnering with a growing global manufacturer to hire a Controller for an immediate temp-to-hire opportunity.

This is a chance to work directly with an experienced CFO, lead the accounting function, and join a company with plans to significantly grow over the next several years.

What You'll Do

• Lead the month-end close and financial reporting
• Oversee general ledger, inventory, cost accounting, AP/AR, and fixed assets
• Partner with operations on budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Help strengthen processes and internal controls
• Lead and mentor a small accounting team

What We're Looking For

• Manufacturing accounting experience required
• Experience leading the month-end close as a Controller or Accounting Manager
• Strong understanding of cost accounting and inventory
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
