Schedule:

Monday - Thursday 7:30 am - 5 pm

Responsibilities
  • Create a welcoming, high-energy environment by greeting patients and setting the tone for an exceptional visit
  • Keep the day running seamlessly by managing the schedule, minimizing wait times, and proactively solving issues as they arise
  • Serve as the connection point between patients and the clinical team, ensuring smooth handoffs and clear communication
  • Support patients through their visit — from check-in to check-out — including scheduling next appointments and collecting payments
  • Present treatment plans, explain insurance coverage, and discuss financial options with confidence and accuracy
  • Stay ahead of the schedule by confirming appointments, verifying insurance, and following up on missed or late arrivals
  • Maintainaccuratepatient records and ensure all processes align with HIPAA standards
  • Contribute to a clean, organized, and professional front office environment
  • Support the team with onboarding, training, and day-to-day office operations
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management

Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a dental office setting is preferred
  • Hands‑on experience verifying insurance and a strong understanding of coverage, benefits, and patient responsibilityis highly desired
  • Proven ability to manage a busy schedule and multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to confidently speak with patients about treatment and finances
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in handling patient information and payments
  • Professional presence with a positive, team-oriented mindset that provides exceptional customer service toallour patients
  • Comfort using practice management software and standard office tools
