Patriot Building Systems in Londonderry, NH is seeking an experienced Estimator to join our team. You will produce accurate estimates for siding and cladding materials on commercial and multi-family projects, reading plans and specs and coordinating with customers during bids.
Responsibilities include timely bid submission, using On Screen Takeoff and Quick Bid, and preparing detailed proposals to clearly define project scope and exclusions. Strong math and communication skills are essential.
