Job Description
Immediate need until approximately June 2027
3 hours a day, Monday through Friday
General cleaning includes performing routine upkeep to ensure a clean, hygienic, and safe environment. Tasks like sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and trash disposal. Essential skills include attention to detail, time management, reliability, and the ability to follow safety and cleaning protocols.
Key Responsibilities
- Surface Cleaning
:
Dusting and polishing furniture, counters, fixtures, and other surfaces. - Floor Care
:
Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming. - Restroom and Kitchen Maintenance
:
Cleaning, sanitizing, and restocking supplies like soap, paper towels, and toilet paper in restrooms and kitchen area. - Waste Management
:
Emptying trash and recycling receptacles and replacing liners. - Window and Mirror Cleaning
:
Washing windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces.
Skills and Qualifications
- Attention to Detail
:
The ability to notice and address dirt, smudges, and other imperfections. - Reliability
:
Punctuality and consistent attendance to ensure cleaning schedules are met. - Time Management
:
Efficiently completing assigned tasks within a given timeframe. - Physical Stamina
:
The ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods. - Basic Knowledge
: A fundamental understanding of cleaning best practices, or the willingness to learn quickly. - Communication
:
Reporting maintenance or cleaning issues to a supervisor or manager.

School BoardThe Londonderry School Board is composed of five members elected to three-year terms. Elections are held every year. The Board sets policy for the school district and hires the superintendent to serve as chief administrative officer. The superintendent directs the educational and business activities of the school district. The Board generally meets every other Tuesday at 7 p.m. in the Londonderry High School Café located at 295 Mammoth Road.

Graduation Standards
:
The graduation standards represent what students should know and be able to do upon completion of twelfth grade. They were developed by the Curriculum Advisory Committee composed of faculty, administrators, and community members; and were adopted by the School Board in 1998.
Students will:
- Use the English Language with competence and confidence.
- Understand, explain, and apply mathematical concepts and disciplines and recognize the connections to other curriculum areas, the workplace, and everyday settings.
- Understand, explain, and apply scientific concepts and disciplines and use scientific processes of inquiry to make decisions and to explore solutions to ever-changing problems.
- Understand the principles and apply their knowledge of history, civics and government, economics, and geography.
- Be effective and ethical users of ideas, information, and related computer technologies across disciplines.
- Communicate in at least one of the four Arts disciplines (dance, music, theater, and visual arts) and explain various types of arts knowledge and skills.
- Converse in a second language.
- Develop a safe and healthy lifestyle.
