Due to expansion of service, we are seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Care Assistants to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential support to individuals in their homes, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. The ideal candidates will possess excellent communication skills, be attentive to Service Users' needs, and have a genuine desire to make a positive difference in people's lives.

NWCare is a family run domiciliary care agency supporting the community in healthcare for over 50 years. We are recruiting home care assistants for Cityside, Derry. We have morning (07:00 - 14:30), afternoon (15:00 - 18:30) and evening rotas (19:00 - 23:00) available.

Criteria for this role is that you apply for an Enhanced AccessNI certificate

We can offer both full time and part time flexible rotas. We work off a 4/3 rota pattern, as follows:

• Week 1 - Monday, Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday
• Week 2 - Wednesday, Thursday and Friday

Morning rota is from 07:00 - 14:30, Afternoon rota is from 15:00 - 18:30 and Put to bed/evening rota is from 19:00 - 23:00

No qualifications or experience are necessary as full bespoke training will be provided
