Part-Time Receptionist Position
We are looking for a kind, caring, and dependable receptionist to join our veterinary hospital team! This is a great opportunity for someone who loves animals, enjoys helping people, and thrives in a supportive, team-focused environment.
Schedule- Monday–Thursday: 3:30 PM – 8:00 PM
- Friday: 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM (Hours may vary based on hospital needs.)
This is a part-time position and is not eligible for benefits
.
- Work alongside another receptionist during evening hours
- Be a warm and welcoming first point of contact for our clients and their pets
- Multitask in a fast-paced veterinary setting
- Support a collaborative, compassionate, and positive front-desk team
- Adapt calmly and professionally during busy or stressful situations
- A kind, caring individual who enjoys helping others
- Able to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
- Comfortable adapting to changing situations and priorities
- Reliable, punctual, and able to take direction
- Strong customer service skills
- Team-oriented with a positive, supportive attitude
