Responsibilities
- Lead a team of talented architects supporting product and engineering teams.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and guidance to enable partnership with product and engineering on roadmaps.
- Provide end-to-end architecture and support implementation.
- Represent WI with vendors, external partners, enterprise technology and other business units.
- Collaborate with product and engineering leads and senior management on product and delivery requirements, roadmaps, and vision.
- Demonstrable experience in leading technical leaders, especially architects.
- Demonstrable experience in partnering with product and engineering leaders to shape strategy, roadmap, and implementation approaches.
- Experience practicing Business Architecture including aligning Business and Technology strategies, Customer Journeys, Capability Modeling and Roadmaps
- Demonstrable understanding in all aspects of technical architecture (operational excellence, security, reliability, performance efficiency, cost optimization)
- Collaborating with peer and enterprise architects to align on standards, strategy, and opportunities to refactor business processes, improve customer experience or perform capability rationalization.
- Ability to work both independently and with different levels of the organization, including technical and non-technical team members.
- Experience in Modern Architecture and Cloud Technologies to build sophisticated architecture
- Experience in financial services and/or benefits management is a plus.
