Project Manager - Operations

Description

We are looking for a skilled Project Manager - Operations to oversee and optimize operational processes for our team in Salem, New Hampshire. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to drive results in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities:

- Lead and coordinate operational projects to ensure they are completed on time and within scope.

- Develop and implement strategies for improving operational efficiency and effectiveness.

- Manage procurement processes, including the creation of purchase orders.

- Oversee logistics operations to ensure smooth delivery and distribution.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate applications and systems.

- Provide ongoing support for operational functions to maintain workflow consistency.

- Facilitate change management processes to adapt to evolving business needs.

- Monitor project progress and report on key outcomes to stakeholders.

- Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.

- Maintain clear and effective communication with team members and external partners.

Requirements - Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations management or project management.

- Strong knowledge of logistics and procurement processes.

- Proven ability to manage and integrate applications effectively.

- Experience in supporting operational functions within a large organization.

- Familiarity with change management principles and practices.

- Excellent organizational and time management skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Proficiency in relevant software and tools for project management.
