As an Assembly - Contractor - A, you will perform essential electronic and electro-mechanical assembly operations in a supportive, closely supervised environment. [Responsibilities]
- Execute routine electronic and electro-mechanical assembly tasks using hand tools and automated equipment
- Interpret technical specifications, blueprints, and work instructions to complete assemblies accurately
- Perform wiring, component installation, hand soldering, wire harnessing, adhesive mixing, and application
- Set up equipment and make necessary adjustments to maintain quality and tolerance standards
- Escalate any technical or process issues promptly to supervisors for resolution
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety and quality guidelines
[Required Skills and Experience]
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- 0 to 3 years of related assembly or manufacturing experience
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and established procedures
- Basic understanding of technical documents and blueprints
- Team-oriented mindset and effective communication skills
[Preferred Skills]
- Previous experience in electronic assembly or manufacturing environments
- Familiarity with hand soldering and small parts assembly
