Base Pay $17.75
Shift: 1st shift 5:00 AM to 3:30 AM Monday - Thursday, overtime as designated
Duties and Responsibilities- Assemble window frames, sashes, screens, and related components following production instructions.
- Use hand tools and power tools to cut, fit, and secure materials.
- Measure and verify dimensions to ensure accuracy and compliance with product specifications.
- Inspect parts and finished products for defects or quality issues; report any discrepancies.
- Install hardware such as locks, hinges, balances, and handles.
- Read and interpret work orders, diagrams, and blueprints.
- Safely operate machinery and follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to support efficient workflow.
- Collaborate with production team members to meet daily output goals.
- Perform basic maintenance or troubleshooting on assembly equipment as needed.
- Fast-paced manufacturing or warehouse environment.
- Frequent standing, lifting up to 50 lbs, and working with tools or machinery.
- May be exposed to noise, dust, or temperature variations depending on the facility.
Education & Experience Requirements:
The ideal candidate should have prior experience working with Slimline products, a catalyst for change and have a sense of urgency. Candidate will report directly to the group leader, and work closely with Process Tech on projects that improve units per person, on time delivery and quality assurance.
- Must be able to bend, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in manufacturing, carpentry, construction, or assembly is a plus.
- Ability to read measuring tape, follow instructions, and perform basic math.
- Skilled with hand tools and power tools.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to stand, lift, bend, and perform repetitive tasks.
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
- Fast-paced manufacturing or warehouse environment.
- Frequent standing, lifting up to 50 lbs, and working with tools or machinery.
- May be exposed to noise, dust, or temperature variations depending on the facility.
